Adam Miller is the managing partner at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Adam’s practice focuses on business transactional work and business litigation. He focuses on helping businesses strengthen and grow their bottom line by serving as a trusted advisor and quasi-general counsel.  Adam also assists business with entity formation, structuring contracts to optimize a business performance, and liquidity events such as mergers and acquisitions. Adam’s litigation expertise ranges from business, ownership, and vendor disputes, to fiduciary disputes and bet the business litigation. Adam’s professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber LLP included a clerkship with the Honorable Asher Grunis of the Israeli Supreme Court, and time at the New York based firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Adam received his Bachelor of the Arts, Suma Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his Juris Doctorate from the New York University School of Law in 2007. As an active member of the community, Adam sits on the Board of Directors of Jewish Federation & Family Services of Orange County, is Co-Chair for Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet, and was a founder of the Uncork for Hope Foundation, which raises funds to support new and innovative programs for at risk youth.
